Orders outside the UK
Important information. Having goods shipped from the UK to an overseas destination means that you pay NO UK VAT/TAX, this means that you save the 20% VAT that UK citizens have to pay when buying from overseas. When you input your country into the checkout menu, the UK VAT will be removed.
However your goods maybe subject to local import duties when they arrive at your countries borders. All countries are different. There may or may not be a charge. We advise that you check with your local tax office.
We deliver our goods all over the world to your door by secure courier (UPS/FEDEX/DHL) or "Royal Mail signed for service" airmail. Please see our delivery rates below.

1 box of mixed goods weighing upto 2 kgs - approx £21-30 depending on the destination. These are sent by Royal Mail "Signed for Service".
(mixed goods is defined as all clothing, socks, hats, base layers, helmets, bags, etc,(EXCLUDES ALL SKIS AND BOARDS).
Channel Islands treat as Standard UK post for small goods upto 2kgs and Zone 1 Europe for skis and boards

If you are interested in buying skis or snowboards please contact us for shippimg costs to your country as there are just too many zones and charges to list here, the costs also change weekly so we can get the best rate for you.
Shipping times for small parcels
For all our small parcels (under 2 kilos) we use Royal Mail AIRMAIL"Signed for Service", this service is a priority airmail service that has a stated delivery time of 5-10 working days for most destinations. In our opinion this can be longer due to customs inspections when parcels are travelling acorss international borders outside the E.U. These delays are beyond our control, please order your goods well in advance as delays can occur. Once posted there is not much we can do until the parcel surfaces. Outside the E.U. please allow 3-4 weeks.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
We no longer take credit and debit card payments from overseas customers from various high risk countries. This is because of recent fraudulant activity targetted at our website, resulting in heavy losses. We now accept only PAYPAL as form of payment for high value overseas transactions. Opening a PAYPAL account is very easy and you have full contol over your money, you can pay via a credit/debit card through paypal. Your money is safe and so is ours, everybody is happy.
We are sorry that we have had to do this but fraud is getting worse and we are a small company and we cannot afford to take big losses. I can only apologise to our honest customers all around the world for this change in policy.
